Air Jordan 6 'Bourdeaux' Gets Official Release Date
And it's sooner than we think.
Jumpman's iconic 'Bourdeaux' colourway is set to make a return next month, as its beloved Air Jordan 6 model marks its 30th anniversary.
The Oregon retailer has already released two AJ6 iterations this year – one as a collaboration with Travis Scott, the other boasting a black/electric green colour palette.
The Air Jordan 6 'Bourdeaux' pays homage to the original – the Air Jordan 7 'Bourdeux', which initially released back in 1992, before Nike retroed the popular sneaker in 2011, then again in 2015.
Decorated with slate grey nubuck on the base, black nubuck overlays cover the medial and lateral sidewall, along with the rear quarter, and midsole accents, while 'wine red' covers the throat and heel counters.
Further detailing includes a vibrant orange lace lock and semi-translucent exaggerated tongue, featuring embossed 'Jordan' lettering.
The Air Jordan 6 'Bourdeaux' official release date is September 4. Stay tuned for more information, and sign up to our newsletter to be first to know when it arrives at Kick Game.
In other news, the Air Jordan 4 'Shimmer' is releasing next week.
